Family Home in Clontarf
Our client has lived in the worst house in the best street for almost two decades with the plan to always knock it down and rebuild it at some point but in between running multiple businesses and raising her daughter, the house project was always pushed to the bottom of the to do list.
Finally she’s now ready to see the house come to life. After thinking for so many years she would demolish and start again, she found an architect who cleverly reworked her existing floor plan which now means a faster build and she can keep some fo the beautiful old features of the home that were dying for a makeover.
There were all sorts of issues with the house from water leaks to possums that had taken up residence in the (uninsulated) roof. We’ve worked with the client’s build team to design some seriously beautiful yet highly functional spaces from the statement kitchen to the elegant master retreat.
We are mid build right now with the view to be complete by Christmas!
